The Advantage of Booking Early:
The sooner you book your trip, the sooner we can start arranging your services. If you are planning your trip in the peak season, ideally, you should book 3 or 4 months in advance as hotel rooms and flight bookings are limited. While we accept bookings as late as 30-60 days before the trip according to our Terms and Conditions, we encourage you to book as early as possible to allow us time to make the best bookings possible for you.
Advance Deposit:
To confirm your bookings we require a deposit amount of 10 % of your Trip cost as down payment in advance.This amount is mandatory to book the flight tickets, hotel and process permits. Bookings must be done 30- 60 days prior to the start of the trek. We will confirm your booking by email after receiving your deposit.
This deposit money can be sent by bank-to-bank transfer, Western Union, money grams and online payment.
Final Payment:
You are expected to make the full payment at the time of check in to your hotel on arrival in Kathmandu, before the start of your trip. We suggest bringing cash USD or any other convertible foreign currency for your final payment. Credit Card (Visa or Master Card), American Express is also acceptable but there is 4 % card/bank processing fee when the payment is made by cards.
Online Payment: Now, our valued clients can book all of our Trip Packages online. With an easy procedure of making online payment in advance, one can confirm the trip within a click. Henceforth, we’ll provide you the online payment form for the trips that you book through our website.
Western Union (WU): Our clients can transfer the deposit amount through Western Union too. For more direction regarding transferring the amount via Western Union, drop an email to us for details.
